Refund Policy/Cancellation Policy

Payments: A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. The balance, plus 15% taxes & fees and $100 refundable security deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival.

If the room/apartment is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival, 75% of deposit will be refunded. Less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund unless the unit is re-booked. If the unit is rebooked, 75% of the total amount will be refunded.

In the event of personal emergencies, we can't guarantee anything. But we'll make every effort to book you another period (free of additional charge), if one is available that fits your schedule. The replacement must be of equal or less value.

Don't worry about hurricanes. If there is a mandatory evacuation of Roanoke Island, a pro-rated refund will be given for each day the evacuation is in effect.
