- Rates are subject to change without notice (Deposit locks in rate).
- Once a reservation is made, renter has 7 days to pay 50% deposit.
- Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Final payment must include 15% sales tax/fees and $100 refundable security deposit. (Total payment = rate, plus 15%, plus $100). If a pet is included in the plans, a $50 additional refundable pet deposit is required.
- NO MAID SERVICE- Cleaning fee of $30+ will be charged for failure to clean unit adequately and launder linens.
