Rates:

- Rates are subject to change without notice (Deposit locks in rate).
- Once a reservation is made, renter has 7 days to pay 50% deposit (50% of the actual rent- not including tax or security deposit).
- Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Final payment must include 15% sales tax/fees and $100 refundable security deposit. (Total payment = rate, plus 15%, plus $100). If a pet is included in the plans, any damages will be taken from the security deposit.
- NO MAID SERVICE- Cleaning fee of $30+ will be charged for failure to clean unit adequately and launder linens.

Call or email for special rates for long-term rentals. This is a GREAT place to spend the winter!! (Basically 5% off per week, after the first week.. up to a maximum of 50% off. So, to get the 50% rate would require a 13 week stay. Staying 90 days also eliminates the tax-- so WHAT A DEAL!!!)

SPRING 2012 (Mar 10- May 5)

* During Spring, week-end rentals are welcome- minimum two nights

SUMMER 2012 (May 6 - Sept 9)

* During Summer, 129A & 129B rent only weekly (Saturday to Saturday), except 7 days prior to arrival

FALL 2012 (Sept 10- November 11)

* During Fall, Winter, and Spring, week-enders are welcome! 15% off nightly rate if you book 3 or more nights!!
