- 918 Washington Street - the 5th house on the right on Washington Street. - My daughter and her family live in the main house... so no wild parties allowed :-) !! - Private entrance with private parking.... in back of house. - Driveway for apartments is on the far side of the lot (driving to the back on the left side of this picture). |

- Entrance is via a small foyer at the top of the stairs (third level) - Parking in adjacent to the stairway (you can see the corner of the space in this photo) - Foyer has washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc that are shared by both apartments - Quiet neighborhood, but there are relatively close neighbors... not a "woodsie environment" |

This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is an efficiency. Decorated in basic "beach", it is designed for economy-minded folks - a great place to serve as "home base" for exploring the beautiful Outer Banks! It has all the comforts of home... minus a kitchen. - Comfortable sitting area (space shared with bedroom) - Sleeper sofa converts to double bed, so the unit will sleep 4. Privacy for 2.

- Apartment has a large TV with basic cable, nice curtains and blinds, and all the basic dishes and utentsils you need for basic breakfast and luch-type meals. - Plenty of sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, etc. - One queen-sized bed - Third person allowed only if he'she can sleep in a pack & play or on the loveseat (small child) - One walk-in closet - One dresser, loveseat, chair, plus a dining table with 4 chairs. |
